ES3: Lobstick River - Alberta Fishing
Lobstick River is a stream in west-central Alberta near Chip Lake and the Pembina River, close to the community of Evansburg; it supports northern pike, walleye, mountain whitefish, burbot and goldeye. Regulations: both portions open June 16 to Oct. 31 with a bait ban — downstream from Chip Lake to the Pembina River: walleye 3 over 50 cm, northern pike 3 over 63 cm, mountain whitefish 5 over 30 cm, burbot 10 fish, goldeye 10 fish; upstream of Chip Lake (including tributaries): northern pike 3 fish, burbot 2 fish.
