Calling Lake is a large lake in north-central Alberta near the hamlet of Calling Lake, north of Athabasca. The main lake is open June 1 to Mar. 31 while tributaries and the outlet (1 km) are open June 1 to Oct. 31; bait is allowed but bait fish are prohibited. Regulations: walleye 1 fish 45–55 cm, northern pike 0 fish, yellow perch 15 fish, burbot 10 fish, lake whitefish 10 fish.
