Overview
Little Bow River is a stream in southern Alberta near Carmangay, flowing between Travers and Twin Valley reservoirs. Regulations vary by reach: Travers Reservoir upstream to Township Rd. 144A is closed year‑round; the reach from Township Rd. 144A upstream to Carmangay is open June 1 to Mar 15 and allows bait; the reach from Twin Valley Reservoir Dam downstream to Rge. Rd. 252 is open May 8 to Mar 15 and has a bait ban. Species limits (where applicable): northern pike — 3 over 63 cm on the upper reach and 0 (no retention) on the lower reach; walleye/sauger — 3 in combination with a walleye minimum length of 50 cm on the upper reach; yellow perch — 15; burbot — 10; lake whitefish — 10.
